Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners is proud to be a small and local company. We are not a nationwide conglomerate. When you call us, you will be speaking with Jordan or Chris, who are probably about twenty minutes away from you. On top of that, Jordan and Chris are former technicians, not somebody we simply hired to answer the phones. So they have all the knowledge necessary to help you with all of your questions regarding professional steam cleaning for wall to wall carpet, area rugs and upholstery.
Products and Rates
All of the primary products we use are completely non-toxic, green and organic. Your health is our top priority to us. We will never use anything else without your approval. (Some severe stains may need a stronger product, but we will always speak with you first.) So the health and safety of you, your children and pets are never at risk. We also do not charge extra for the use of non-toxic products. In fact, we don't charge extra for anything. Your bill will always depend on how much carpet we clean (per sq ft). We don't charge extra for a "deeper cleaning" like other companies do. We're not a car wash. We're going to give you the best cleaning possible at the same price. We also do not charge extra for stain removal. That's probably the reason you're calling us anyway, why would we charge extra? And any area rug we clean at our warehouse will be serviced with FREE pick up and delivery. Like I said, no additional charges.
Our Staff
All of our technicians are fully trained and ready to service your home, apartment or office. We have a very strict hiring process because we're basically sending strangers into your home. You will never feel uncomfortable or pressured by one of our employees. They will always be professional, polite and capable. They maintain a very flexible schedule seven days a week (yes, even Sundays). The technicians we send are our actual employees (not somebody contracted out) and they live all over Los Angeles, West LA and up in the San Fernando Valley. So no matter where you live, they're ready to take care of you and your family.
Our Equipment
We specialize in the self-contained no residue steam cleaning method. We used truck-mounted machines in the past but encountered too many problems with them. Work in Century City? The carpet on the 15th floor won't be cleaned by those machines any time soon. Also, when you're dragging hoses from the street to the deepest corner of your home, there's too much of a chance of the hose scraping against the corners of your walls or the hot water lines burning your hardwood floors. But primarily you lose power with these machines. Yes the vacuums are strong, but when you're sucking through 200-300 feet of hose, you're losing an incredible amount of suction. Our self-contained machines are the top of the line extractors that we bring into your home with about fifteen feet of hose, so we're DIRECTLY on top of the carpet and stains for maximum extraction. In fact we also rent these same machines out for those of you who like to DIY (Do It Yourself).
Our Method
Why steam cleaning? We've found it to simply be the best process available today. Dry Chem works well, but it's not as deep as steam cleaning and those companies too often leave their powdery detergent in your carpet. The only other choice is the heavy-duty carpet washers that utilize large brushes at the bottom of their machine. In theory this is ideal, but the bulk of the energy used in the machine goes towards the brushes, not the extraction. In carpet cleaning, extraction is key. When the soap and detergents are left in the carpet, it's basically like shampooing your hair but not rinsing it out. Then your carpet is left soaking wet for 24 to 48 hours.
Our Four Step Process is as follows:
1) Pre-Vacuum: Obvious, really. Remove the top layer of dirt!
2) Pre-Treat: Not just the obvious stains, but the entire carpeted area with our non-toxic detergent. This allows for an even and thorough cleaning.
3) Steam: Hot Water sprayed into the carpet at a high pressure will ensure that the dirt and stains are broken up thoroughly and everything is removed, Residue free !
4) Double Extraction Drying: Our machines contain TWO high-powered vacuums, allowing maximum extraction to literally remove the dirt and stains from the carpet. Standard synthetic wall-to-wall carpet will be dry within three to five hours.
