Message to Our Customers

I believe in the "Take care of those who take care of you" approach.  We have literally thousands of clients who constantly use us over and over again, and they can easily go to another company if they like, but they don't.  We really do our best to show our appreciation to them whenever we get the chance.  We'd all be broke and jobless if it wasn't for our awesome clients.  I have a pretty solid memory and most of the time when you call and tell me your name, I'll know who you are.  I love when people call and know it's ME on the phone.  "David.  I need your services again." 

I really try to build a friendship with our customers.  I remain as professional as possible, but at the same time I'm a bit laid back so I like to joke around with the clients too.  

As far as new customers go, I refuse to give a "Bait and Switch" estimate.  I will NEVER give a low estimate just so we can get into a potential client's home.  If what we offer doesn't appeal to them, I'd rather they tell me over the phone instead of having us waste their time by coming to their home.  My estimates are always honest and as accurate as possible.  I'm especially proud that we don't have hidden charges.  I'd rather have a client hire us for 10 small price jobs instead of one big "take the money and run" service that other companies seem to do.  That's bad business, and that's not what we do here.
