My favorite part of the job is meeting different kinds of people all over town every single day. I really dig it. I meet doctors, actors, waiters, businesspeople, and all other types. Sometimes if I have a few extra minutes, I love to stick around and chat with the client. I like to make them feel as comfortable with me as possible. The way the company is run, we're told to be professional yet casual at the same time. "Do a good job but have a good time doing it," is what David told me when I was hired. I really appreciate that. If somebody came in to my home and the only words I heard from them were how much they were charging me, I'd feel kinda...distant, ya know? We really do try our best to be as friendly as possible, so not only do we brighten your carpet, but your day too!
Okay that last line was kinda cheesy, I'll admit it.
